A heat map, sample shown here (click image to expand), was developed to highlight the relative strengths and weaknesses.  Next a more detailed review compared over one-hundred capabilities, and revealed the importance of aligning a firm’s requirements with each vendor’s product functions.  The client's future business plans were key to how they utilized the system recommendations.
